One Voice was formed at Stages Music School under the direction of founder, Melissa McKinney with a desire to give youth a chance to use their voice as a tool to inspire others. Young Musicians take part in an artist development program that gives them real world touring experience while educating youth on the complexity of the music industry. Artists learn about the music business while making a commitment to use their voices to make a difference in the world.
